We Go Places
LUZON
It is not just the bikes that make us want to ride. . . It is the variety of scenic destinations that you will find in the island of Luzon. One of the Club's best ride in Luzon was the Northern Luzon loop. We started in Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines, to the historical city of Vigan, the white beaches of Pagudpod, the suspended highways of Patapat that hug the Ilocos Norte mountains and ended up in the rivers and caves of Tuguegarao.
The Sagada conquest ride that passes thru the limestone ridge and pine-needle covered paths of Helsema, the mountain trails and riverbeds leading to Sagada was a breathtaking experience. But our best ride was to Camarines Sur where the members had a "once in a lifetime" swimming interaction with the whale sharks of Donsol.
VISAYAS
Riding back from the Cebu convention was
a memorable ride for BOSS when we
were treated to the well-known Ilonggo
hospitality by the Thunderbugs of Bacolod.
The ride from Cebu City to Toledo, the roro to San
Carlos, the ride to Bacolod and Iloilo covered a
wonderful route. Nice roads, nice weather and a
fantastic host. A night's stay in Boracay before
going back to Manila thru Mindoro made our trip
an unforgettable one.
MINDANAO
We were a bit scared and hesitant but we like
adventure so we decided to take the challenge
and hit the roads of Mindanao. BOSS was the
biggest Luzon Club that joined the Mindanao
Ride for Peace which was participated by some
100 riders from Visayas and Mindanao.
It was a real adventure. It was our first time to
ride the highways of Cagayan de Oro, Lanao
del Norte, Ozamis, Dapitan, Zamboanga - as
far as Basilan. We made the right decisions and
experienced the peace and enjoyed the
hospitality of Mindanao and her people. We Meet People

The Club was also Invited by the ATAT (All the Time Anytime Riders Club, to another equestrian competition at the Manila Polo Club. Both motorcycle clubs rode across the polo field to open the equestrian tournament.
In between its Medical missions, the Club gets to be invited to several affairs. BOSS was invited by the Club 200 to the Enrique Zobel Equestrian Tournament at the Ayala Alabang Country Club. A bike show of vintage and new bikes was held simultaneously with the tournament and was capped by a sunset dinner party.
We've Got Support
The Club is fortunate to have the full support of Autohaus, the first world class BMW Motorrad dealer in the Philippines. They
maintain a wide range of motorcycles, original spare parts and safety riding apparel.
Motorcycles and accessories purchased thru Autohaus are backed-up with full 24-months warranty. Their sales and technical
staff are highly trained using computer-aided information and diagnostic systems. They provide back-up vehicles and
mechanics on our long rides. They sponsor breakfast rides, Oktoberfest, expos, halloween and christmas parties of the Club.
To further improve the riding skills and safety of BOSS and the motorcycle community, Autohaus conducted a Track Day at
BRC Batangas for the riding public to try the BMW motorcycle on the track. It also conducted a GS Camp for an off-road
training experience in Clark. In the next years, Autohaus will have dealers in key cities of the Philippines.
